My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and some drawbacks. The rooms were quite spacious, bigger than a small London flat, and offered a great view of the bay, but the bathroom could use an upgrade. The service was a bit slow at times, making me wait longer than desired, yet the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The location had its perks, being close to the mall and easily accessible to taxis, though there were some odd smells possibly due to maintenance issues. The dining experience was decent, with some areas needing improvement, yet the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The hotel is perfectly situated, near shopping centers and other hotels, making it a convenient choice. The rooms, although dated, were surprisingly spacious and equipped with a superb air conditioner that was cleaned daily. The service, despite the current low guest numbers, was exceptional, especially from the manager Serjio and the bellboys who went above and beyond to assist with various needs. The location is ideal, within walking distance of main attractions, but the noisy road detracts from the overall experience. Dining was satisfactory, offering a good variety but lacking change in the menu. Overall, a valuable stay with friendly and helpful staff.
